A regular yoga practice helps improve overall fitness and wellbeing. Suitable for first-timers, experienced yogis and everyone in between. Group and private classes available. We're proud to support self-managed NDIS plan holders and DVA Health Card holders.
I am a primary school teacher who also loves teaching yoga and meditation to adults and children. As a passionate educator, dedicated yoga practitioner and caring mum, I recognise the need for us all to better connect to ourselves and our surroundings. My experience of working in education and practising yoga for over 20 years gives me the skills to help others better connect to themselves and their surroundings. Feel Fyne offers a variety of services, classes, group programs, workshops and more, to help us all to achieve healthier minds, bodies and relationships.
My yoga journey began many years ago, while looking for something that was missing from my life. A belief that we are all entitled to experience peace and wellbeing in our lives led me to start Feel Fyne and to find ways to share this.
